“I ordered this part on 10/1/24 and it shipped on 10/3/24. Today is 10/17/24 and the shipment has been at the Fed Ex location in Memphis since 10/8/24, not Niner's fault. I have emailed twice and have had no response at all from Niner, that is Niner's fault. (No phone number listed for customer service) Very, very poor customer service. As of today I have ordered the hanger once again and I just hope it shows up. Maybe I will get real lucky and the original order shows up or Niner settle with Fed Ex and I get a refund, regardless I just want the part so I can finish my bike build.
