Iv'e been rifding your bikes since 2011 and alwys had good contact and service. this is very dissapointing and will definitely reflect going foward sticking with a brand with no customer service.”
“Product came well packaged and on time. My only issue is there is not enough Niner dealers in MD, near me. Also, the instructions are outdated, since you can use the gritty grease for Carbon Fiber bikes to avoid over-tightening. The bolts feel a bit too flimsy for 40 NM torque. Other than that, damn good BB, love the added slop removal from this BB.”
