2. customer service has been terrible thus 2 stars while trying to order another Niner product. Despite showing IN STOCK, twice now my order has been cancelled and several emails have gone unanswered. unacceptable, IMO.

“I installed per Niner insructions and after the 3rd ride, the BB was creaking. Unistalled and reinstalled - still creaked. Did some researched and found that pipe dope was the preffered BB silencer. I reinstalled using pipe dope on the BB shell face and BioCentric mating surface - silent!!”
