“At $400, Incredible value for a short travel hardtail build. The frame is light, superbly built and the paint finish and subtle decals are second to none. Chris answered all my questions promptly, the ordering process was seamless, shipping was rapid and the packaging was fantastic. I do have a couple of gripes though - the 68 degree head angle is not ideal for the type of riding most of us do - hopefully I can adjust but I had some scares on my first couple of rides on decents my slack FS bike just laughs at. I think Niner should reduce the head angle by a degree or a degree and a half which would make this a better all rounder. Also, I'd prefer internal cable routing to make things look tidier and get those cables and hoses out of harms way (and if you're listening Niner, please accomodate those of us who set up our brakes moto style by providing an additional (or double) hole on the right side of the frame for the rear brake hose). I knew these things going in, and they likely contribute to the ultra low sale price so maybe I should be careful what I wish for but it seems that these improvements could be implemented for very little cost and would have these frames flying off the shelves, so why not?”
