“Item never received. Nearly impossible to get in touch w company and still don’t know how this is being resolved. I was so excited for this item for my husbands surprise 40th bday party but feel like I was scammed. Took my money and didn’t receive item and after tons of messages and emails I’m maybe going to get it but probably not so maybe a refund but who knows.”
