“I was super excited to order a Nipyata! for my sisters birthday. Unfortunately my order arrived almost two days late from my original requested order date. I reached out to customer service the day of the actual event (one day after requested delivery date) informing them that the product would not arrive on time and they responded saying not to worry that i would have it by end of day. However, it didn’t arrive until the following morning so basically the Nipyata went to waste. Overall extremely disappointed with the experience”
