It really does hold in place well. As mentioned above, it also has the benefit of being able to clean much easier than a yoga mat. You can wash this at 40 degrees if you get too sweaty, but it's best to wash at 30 degrees to ensure it lasts longer.It's expensive for a yoga towel, but as this acts as a mat overlay, and has good grip I think it's a worthwhile purchase.”
