“This is a perfect fit for several of my yoga and exercise mats of various styles and makes for a very pleasant surface for exercise in warmer conditions or for meditation where longer contact with synthetic matting can get sweaty.The dotted pattern offers a lot of grip on thicker mats and can be used on its own on a carpeted floor to make for a more hygienic surface to stretch on and to protect the carpet from skin oils.I do think it’s quite expensive for what it is but it’s a lot more effective than a basic travel towel or similar. Very good.”
“A really nice towel for starters. The nonslip dots on the back mean that it can be used on top of a yoga mat to prevent slipping. Really handy and really good quality. I’m really pleased. “I have to Amit finding a decent yoga towel that doesn't move on the mat is a pair thing but this one really didnt budge when I used it. I'm not a small person so there's allot of weight being support on my arms and legs and slipping is a problem I'm constantly fighting with my yoga mat's when I get hot and my palms start to sweat.This towel is really absorbent, very soft and very easy to clean afterwards. it washes really well so long as you follow the washing instructions. It has allot of grippy dots on it which help to stop the towel from moving on your mat and they honestly really do work. was really pleased with this towel.”
