“Like many reviewers here I was skeptical about the mattress coming in a box. I decided to just go for it given the return policy. It ended being a wise decision. I've been sleeping on it for a little over two weeks now and I don't wake up with as many aches and pains, especially in my hips.
Before Nolah, I slept on a spring mattress. The transition to foam has been quite easy for me. I read countless times how foam can trap body heat and make you sleep "hot"... I was actually quite worried about this happening because I live in Southern California and summer is here... But so far I haven't felt any difference.
The whole experience was really quite easy. I ordered. UPS showed up in five days. I took the mattress out of the box and was sleeping three hours later. It was simple.
