Generac Service Kit A0002075524Generac Service Kit for regular maintenance on 999cc engines used in 20kW air-cooled generators between 2009 and 2013. Regular maintenance according to the schedule listed in the owner manual meets warranty requirements on Generac Air-Cooled Generators and keeps your generator in top operating condition.Perform maintenance on time according to the Generac Maintenance Schedule for generator longevity and optimum performance. Change the oil, oil filter, and air filter more often when operating in a dusty environment or operating for extended periods in hot weather. Check the oil daily while operating and top off as necessary, but do not overfill. Its hard for me to grade this as my first order arrived in two days - Excellent score ... I was so happy that I immediately ordered another - and that is where this fell apart ... in short Norwall gets the worst possible score for communication ... after waiting two weeks I called in yesterday and spoke to two different agents, one in the morning and one in the afternoon ... the second one either hung up on me or the call dropped - but she didn't call back ... after cooling down I called again and Brittnay was the saving grace - she say the meesages in the system and immediately forwarded them to me and then sent me an email to ensure nothing was hampering the emails ... She wa FANTASTIC and Irate her service the highest that can ever be given ... if you wish to call to discuss please check orders 100884 and/or 100705
