“Purchased the wrong spark plug and returned it to buy the correct one, just to be charged a 20% restocking fee...on spark plugs. Never again. This stupid policy just lost you a customer, so I hope your policy was worth losing repeat business. I already found a competitor for my generator needs, and they are even less expensive, so for me, it's a win to never come back to Norwall.”
