“When I ordered this paint, the photo on the website showed a spray can. This is what I wanted so I ordered it not looking at the part number. When the paint arrived, it was small bottles with a small brush. When I called your parts department, I talked to a lady who told me to show her the correspondence where I had advised your company of the mistake. When I showed her the email I had sent, she told me that there was a large restocking charge plus I had to pay the postage and she was very rude saying "well it was your mistake". Since the restocking charge was so high, I just decided to just suck it up and keep the wrong paint.”
