“After the order matured to past 3 weeks, there was no delivery or communications to me on why. I finally called at 4 weeks past the order date and received an almost rude exchange on my question of the order status. He kept stating there was nothing that he could do and no one was there to check on the delay...over and over. He said he would have the shipping department contact me with some status details. No such call was received or email attempt to explain the delay. As you could see the order is quite delinquent from the 1-3 week shipment displayed. The new delivery estimate is 1-12 weeks 1-12 weeks per the internet advertisement. At the time of my last call the delivery estimate is 1-10 weeks. I would like to receive a manager contact me to explain the poor customer service.”

“As with all of our purchases over the past 8 years with Norwall Power Systems, the customer service was excellent and the Generator was received in a very timely manner. Of course, the Generac 22 KW is our most popular seller and the improvements they make almost annually have been great! Same for the 200 amp ATS”
