“The part appears to be very good, but I haven't installed it yet. I haven't been able to disassemble the bowl in order to make the replacement. I can't figure out how to take the darn thing apart! I've tried gripping and turning the inside pedestal with my hand, a silicone pad, a rubber strap wrench, and snadpaper. Everything I've tried starts slipping before it grips enough to unscrew the pedestal from the undercarriage. I'll probably ruin the pedestal and need to replace it as well.”
