“The mixer bowl was broken unpin arrival. There is a crack in the base of the bowl and the leg that locks into the base is broken. Very disappointing for such a pricy piece of equipment. The shipping box and mixer box has no damage, it had to occur prior to shipping and quality control failed at inspection. A replacement bowl is supposed to be shipped but yet to arrive…just hoping it’s not in the same condition.”
“This mixer is the best. I replaced another big name branded mixer that I had for over 20 years. The bosch can out work that one hand over fist. It has a hefty price tag but when you factor how much you use it and how many years it will last it's well worth the money.”
