“It's wonderful not to worry about this mixer not being strong enough for multiple loafs of bread. My Kitchenaid mixer just couldn't handle the thickness of the dough. I bake with milled grain and it can be a bit harder on your mixer. Having a lot of fun with this mixer:-)”
“I bought this mixer because I liked the way it looked in some videos as to how the mixer mixed. So I splurged and got this mixer, opting for the stainless steel bowl vs the plastic one and also got the bakers pack. This is an amazing mixer! First off, there is nothing in the way of the bowl, so I can easily add ingredients as I go. I made chocolate chip cookies and each time I turned the mixer on, the ingredients were mixed almost instantly! I scraped the bowl to see if there was anything unmixed or flour stuck to the bottom like happens with my prior stand mixers and nope! It thoroughly mixed everything perfectly! I am very happy with it!”
