“Nutrimill Artiste is an excellent mixer. I have owned one since 2019 and love it. I give it a 4 star review because the one I bought in the last month (refurbished) seems to sound like it is revving up and down. I bought this one for use in our RV which we spend about 6 months of our year in. Since I'm not sure if this revving is just something with the newer model or not I won't rate it any lower. It does seem to mix and need my FMF bread doughs just fine.”
“I was able to knead two loaves of bread, no problem. However, the motor does not operate as smoothly as I had hoped, and the center drive shaft is topped with 2 thin exposed gaskets, a change from earlier models. This change means the center drive will have to be replaced in the future. The machine has been "down-graded," or it is made more cheaply now. Disappointing.”
“I love my refurbished artiste! I only have two for loaves under m belt, but they came out beautifully. I love that it’s much lighter than my KA and is about the same footprint. I look forward to baking with this gem for a long time.”
