“I have bought multiple of these paddles, unfortunately not for a good reason. They keep breaking on me. In the beginning I thought it was my fault for making too thick of a cookie batter with them, but the last two breaks were normal batches of cookie dough, I was not using cold butter. Really tried to give these multiple tries, but I’ll be switching to something else. Very disappointing and frustrated with these, because sharp plastic pieces would get into my dough and make it unusable. I do not want to risk a customer getting hurt if I don’t find all the pieces, so that was money lost for my business.”
