“So, as I said the product is good, price is decent. They ship quickly (on their end), I've bought from them multiple times and seem to be a genuinely hard working small business. Once a shipment came in with damage (from the post office) they sent me a free replacement Kilo. So the company is good.
However, the shipping is at the whim of the post office. My last shipment went from Nevada, to Ohio, finally to me nearly 2 weeks later. Again, the post office is incompetent, not the business. And issues like this have kept me from buying from them exclusively. I can't trust the shipment to arrive when expected.
I would happily pay a premium for express shipping, but that's not offered by them.
So if you want a good product at a fair price, they're great. If you need it to arrive in the expected timeframe... That's another story. Thus the 4/5. I have no complaints about the business is they're fine, and if they started offering 1-2 day shipping, I'd have no complaints. But until then I don't have confidence in it arriving in a remotely timely manner.”

“The kratom is decent, nicely vacuumed sealed and shipped out fast and timely.The ordering process is simple and easy to use. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is because of the price of the produce. I understand that in comparison to various other sources to purchase from, it is a significant price drop. However, a couple of years back I had purchased a bulk amount for myself directly from a guy out in Indonesia and the price per kilo came out to a little over $30 per kilo (I had ordered 40 kilos total for just under $1,000), Obviously not everybody can afford to drop that much at once and after I ran out of that I decided to steer clear from ordering that much at once (even though you get a huge discount), and I also just wanted to have fresher product and not let the stuff I wasn't using sit around for 2 years (that's how long it took me to go through it), anyway, although $70 is a fair price compared to other sites, I think that a price drop to maybe $50-60 would be worth the extra star (I know the company needs to make profit),but I don't have any other input to give and overall I was satisfied.”
