“I love the concept of this and the fact that the products are a very reasonable price. I love the smells and think they work great. My only issue is that the plastic bottles sent out (to be my reusable bottles) are really poor quality and the sprays don't work well. It defeats the purpose as I now have 5 plastic bottles that I need to throw out. Not very great since the whole point is to save on plastic. I have reused some old method bottles which are great but don't have enough so will have to buy more bottles in order to use all the products. In the future this will be great as I will only need to buy the tabs. I just feel that if you want people to reuse the bottles they need to be much better quality.”
