“Never received them, so cannot rate the quality of the bags. However, the service offered by Office Monster was extremely poor. When I ordered, the products were shown as "in stock" - around 20 packs in stock, off the top of my head. I even contacted customer support to get confirmation that they were in stock, and completely plain - they answered yes to both questions. So I proceeded with the order. Free next day delivery was apparently included, and same day dispatch if ordered before a certain time (cannot remember the exact cut off time, but we ordered well before it). Delivery date came and went... no email from Office Monster at any point. I contacted CS again to see if there'd been a transit delay. Turns out the bags that were advertised as in stock, and confirmed to be in stock by their CS agent, were in fact NOT in stock, and on back order till the end of June (circa 3 weeks after the order date). So the bags I urgently needed had to be cancelled and refunded due to Office Monster's inability to manage their stock levels. No email at any point during this to inform me of delays / back orders. I imagine they'd never have contacted me at all, and just sat on my money for a few weeks, if I had not contacted them. Poor all round.”
