“Orifice Monster, What a Company!
It is hard to say how bad the service was as they said this switch was in stock, took my money then told me I would have to wait another FIVE WEEKS to get it. Then they failed to deliver the rest of the order on the designated day. They didn't bother to even attempt to use the many different forms of contact details I had provided them with to either explain WHY they didn't bother turning up or to try and arrange an alternative when I would actually be there to receive the goods. They then turned up and shoved a piece of paper through my letter box with "PICK UP COSTCUTTERS" scrawled on it. I am disabled and had spent all day at the Hospital so was less than pleased at this.
Their solution to me not being able to get to cost cutters - a problem they had created by not turning up when they had originally arranged to - was for me to hand over bank statements and utility bills to a complete stranger from a local mini cab firm so they could collect my parcel for me. Can you say "IDENTITY THEFT?"
