“This underdesk exerciser doesn't contain any features like calorie counts or mileage, but I didn't mind since I hardly want to keep peering at such stats when it's (theoretically) meant to be used under a table. It does have a tension screw so with a quick turn you can work a little harder. It looks durable enough right now but as I haven't had it long, I can't yet comment on its longer term effectiveness. The one downside is that knees bang on the undersize of my standard height desk, but I'm fairly tall - possibly someone with shorter legs would not have an issue. Instead I pull it back when I am reading something online instead of typing, and sit back slightly from the desk with my knees clear of it. That works well enough but may not be ideal for a longer legged person who's planning to use it at work rather than at home. As another reviewer mentioned the pedalbars get somewhat hot during use, but I don't find it a problem. Overall I'd see this as a decent buy for the price.”
“Arrived on time, looked good on opening. Unfortunately I recieved an email on the same day advising the maximum weight for using it, if it had stated this on webb site I would not have ordered. I did not use it and it was returned fall full credit which I recieved. The low rating is only because of poor information on the site.”
“I bought this to build up my arm and shoulder muscles. It is an excellent fitness tool, as you can increase the resistance gradually as you build strength. This can also be used for leg exercises, which would be a good thing to do while you are sitting in front of the TV. And additionally unlike most exercise equipment these days, it is inexpensive.”
