“Originally started with a smaller 34cm cushion but found it limited in use so opted for a bigger one. This one was competively priced & arrived speedily. Although no instructions or pump came with it it was soon inflated & has been used daily ever since with no problems and definite benefits to my balance & overall fitness. I would recommend this item to anyone wanting to improve their fitness”
