It is much better quality than I thought it could be at the price - and is perfect for me to use to stand up to work at my laptop. I am 5'6 and was concerned whether it would be tall enough - but it certainly is. I can easily now alternate between sitting down to work and standing up because the mechanism is so easy to use. It is also a decent size - easily enough for a laptop and a book. The chrome base looks good - and because of its shape (and the fact that it can easily be wheeled around) I can even use it as a table over my bed. Great product, great service - many thanks.
