“Good solar blanket.Works great in shade and partial shade.I also have the allspark 225 watt blanket which I am very happy with.My disapointment with the 250 watt panel is that the supplied cable is very hard to squeeze into the storage compartment where as the 225 watt is not.Also the deletion of the eyelets in the legs for tie down purposes and using strap instead.I use screw in pegs to secure it and I feel it would take someone a lot more effort to steal the one with eyelets compared to the strap which would be easily cut.As far as pumping power into the batteries I am very happy with it,just as the 225.Great solar blankets.”
G'day Garry! Thanks so much for your review and feedback, great to hear your 225W is continuing to pump out the power. As for the eyelets, we are always trying to improve things for our customers, and the feedback we were receiving was that on the beach, or in other sandy camp grounds, the eyelets were not large enough to use sand pegs. As the coast tends to be the windiest environment, we decided to make the change to the loops, which allowed for the sand pegs to be used. Your feedback regarding the security of the eyelets has been noted, though, have passed this on to our head development guru!
