Looking at your area, solar is sitting at a bit over 80% at it's peak in the middle of the day right now, so you will absolutely see this improve as we move into the higher solar radiation months in summer. I also recall you are using the RedArc Manager 30, this has an efficiency rating of 93%, which unfortunately means you lose 7% off the top.
