No tearing to report, the material feels like it's a decent thickness, and it's sufficiently opaque that you can't see the poop inside (unlike some super thin plastic brands). Haven't had any problem tying them with the medium nuggets deposited by my dog -- probably the only thing that would improve the bags is handles which would make tying even easier. I'm likely to re-purchase when I run out :)”
