“Love the bags. Hate the service. This was my third order. I love the bags but every order has taken too long to deliver. Each time I have received the same email excuses about lack of stock. This time I ordered 1,000 bags so I don’t have to deal with delivery delays again for a couple of years. Step fly suggest that you order at least two months in advance and have enough to go on with in the meantime.”
