As for this specific set:
- in person, I'd say that the strips on the sheet were much more shimmery than pictured here. when applied to the nail, the shine was less noticeable (at least under indoor lighting).
- i would also say I didn't notice the blue shift as much (again, indoor lighting). most of the time, it's very pink, as in the 3rd and 4th photo of the model's hands.
- in general, i dont have a problem w/ the level of shimmer / specific color. i think it looks nice/elegant
Regarding general application:
- due to having smaller nails, sometimes theres not an exact fit for my nail shape amongst the provided strips. First time I had tried trimming slightly-larger ones to fit my nail shape, but it works much better to just use a smaller one
- If you want it to look nice, I'd say it takes at least 2 hours if it's your first/second time applying.
- as of writing this review, it's lasted about 4 days

- satisfied with the design of these strips
- faster than applying regular nail polish to achieve these kinds of designs, but still requires time for it to look good”
