“My set of N Griege Mood had a similar issue to the set of N Wedding Twinkle that I contacted customer service about a couple weeks ago - I didn't take a picture of it this time, but the clear portion of several of the strips separated from the design portion a few days into wearing them - this had happened with several of the US Exclusive sets that friends of mine have purchased from the Ohora USA website as well. The defect seems to coincide with sets that have additional mild manufacturing defects - including imperfections along the edges, and slight dips or pock marks on the surface. Normally I can wear Ohora sets for an unlimited amount of time and without any problems, but recent products seem to have an obvious drop in quality and / or quality control. I have a considerable collection of Ohora of upwards of 200 sets, and I change sets weekly - I’m a long time loyal customer since early in 2020 - but the possibility of receiving defective products is now a real one, which really worries me! I hope the next few sets I wear that are US Exclusives don’t have the same problem, the larger sizing is perfect! (Photo is of N Wedding Twinkle after separation for reference.)”
