“Short Version: Great customer support/service, excellent quality, good craftsmanship. Long Version: I ordered the Nora in White Topaz. The ring came quickly (about two or three weeks). It came just as advertised although the band is thin; I’m not certain if this a normal thing with engagement rings, but it works because a wedding band will fit against it nicely so it’s not a bad thing at all. I accidentally ordered the ring in white gold and a few days later emailed the company and got the issue resolved in about 2 hours due to me not being able to respond quickly with no issues at all. Very friendly and helpful staff.”
