“I was a bit disappointed with the way in which this item was packaged. For the cost of this item being significantly expensive, to have arrived packaged in a cheap plastic was a bit upsetting. Delivery was slow and took much longer than was expressed as Well. Feeling a bit ripped off and undervalued as a customer.”

I'm sorry the parcel was sent in such inappropriate packaging. The warehouse are under strict instructions to box all items so I don't know what happened there.
