“Even though i am a returning customer i found the process hard to complete, the prices sseemed ok but on arrival the Strut boxes were incomplete. It stated on the Box the new strut comes with a Bump Stop and Boot. ONLY 1 BUMP STOP IN 1 BOX. I CONTACTED your office only to be informed that the advertising was wrong. To bad for me. I was only able to install i new Bump stop.”

“Gday I’ve ordered a blower resistor for a 2007 ranger. Arrived…. Wrong one. Drive over and returned it. Thr crew ordered me another from an earlier Mazda. Again that didn’t fit.! As a small business owner. I’m sorry you guys made all that effort for what is basically a refund. Thanks I assure you. You haven’t lost a customer”

“The rotors fitted but brake pads are the wrong ones for the car and gave the correct information when buying so I had to go and buy the correct ones”
