“After fitting the normal way running oil wet finger around seal before firmly tightening I got leakage. Loosened tightened again started to weap then small drips. Loosened again to reseat seal. Again we aping had to remove lost 6ltr new synthetic oil re did oil change replaced sakura filter seal with the old repco filter still slight leak. Need to take to mechanic.”

Hello David, Thanks for taking the time to leave us this feedback. It is strange that both different filters that you have tried will not seal. It may be worth looking further into this issue to find out what may be causing the filters to fail to seal.
