“Finally got around to installing this after buying it over a year ago. Couple of things to note - the pully is very slightly wider than the OEM pully and I ended up having to shave a bit off 2 of the bolts to be able to get them in - no big deal but might be a problem if you don't have a grinder. For some reason the bolt hole for the rear pipe bracket was not tapped, which I didn't realise until after I had installed the pump, so ended up having to secure it by passing a bolt through to a nut - which worked OK. Other than that it's a good kit. Beware the OEM gasket removal! I don't know what they stick it on with but it took me a full hour of scraping and half a can of Easy Off to get it cleaned up.”

“dont use the ford self tapping bolt to attach the heater hose it stripped the thread out of the hole and split the bolt hole should have done it with a tap instead not happy ended up using a nut and bolt to attach the hose.”
