“More so the service i recieved than the product itself what started out out as a well priced item turned into more expensive than just going to supercheap charged for three lots of frieght not happy”

Hello Steve, Thanks for getting in touch with us. I can see what has happened here. The first order shows vehicle series as KDJ120 Prado, your model is the KZJ120 Prado which has a slightly different 3.0 engine and requires a different filter. This is why the first set of filters did not fit. I can also see that the original parts were returned and a refund processed, and that a replacement order was charged out at a discounted price and that there was no postage charge on this replacement order. The fitment guide is very accurate, but relies on being provided the correct vehicle information.
