“An excellent, affordable part to use as a factory-part replacement. The original struts I had in the boot of my '99 AU XR6 Falcon had unfortunately succumbed to both weathering and poor lift after years of use - so upon changing to these new replacements, the boot lid is in perfect operating condition, just like new!”

“I installed the new ones the same way the old ones came off, they worked ok for about a week and then started making groaning noises, so I reversed them to see if it would make the noise go away, but it made no difference, sprayed silicone spray on shafts, noise goes away for a short time.”
