“On receiving the starter motor, I felt disappointed because the box looked kind of old. But on opening the box the starter looked new (As advertised) & so I installed it & cranked it & wow it spun the motor perfectly. For half the cost I would normally pay from spare parts stores, this was a bargain. But then came the disappointment. When I began to install the heat shield, I realised the original bolts from my old starter were too small, as the new starter has threads larger in diameter. Lucky for me as I have a bucket full of bolts & found a pair to fit. But for the average person, they would not be able to install the heat shield, resulting in early failure”
