“There was a mix up to begin with and I was sent the wrong part which may very well have been a genuine simple misunderstanding for which no one is to blame. The curved wrap around tail light which I needed and finally did receive was sadly very poorly finished with each of the three plastic lenses not sitting flush in the housing as they should and the edges of each of the three lenses were not cleaned up and still have all the protruding jagged edges which is why they are not sitting flush in the housing and the overall shape of the tail light is far from being a nice clean fit into the panel as would be expected. Added to this is that the brake light / park light wiring was wired wrong but was an easy fix by having to cut the wiring and join the wiring correctly. As I knew this tail light was the last one that they had in stock left me no choice but to use it otherwise I would have sent it back. I am expecting at some point in the near future that this tail light unit will no doubt fail by either popping the lenses or the whole tail light itself cracking because of the very poor fit. Probably explains why it was the last one that they had in stock and shows again the lack of quality control by the manufacturer but that’s China as we all know only to well. This tail light should never have even been allowed to leave the factory which sums it up accurately.”
