“No problem with the product, fitted and working. Customer communication around product availability on your website can be improved. At the time of purchase your website information showed that the product was available, and direct communication with one of your representatives confirmed, giving the impression that there would be a quick turnaround between payment and shipment. This was not the case because your company did not have it in stock and had to actually order it from your supplier causing a longer than anticipated delivery timeframe. Please provide clear information to your customers by simply amending the stock status on your website, eg. 'stock on hand' or 'stock can be sourced from supplier - extended delivery time'. That way customers can plan accordingly, especially when travelling from place to place around Australia. Thanks”
