“Looked good on the web page but very flimsy design. Very difficult for the average person to build, needs someone who has mechanical experience, luckily I do. The worst thing is that it is very hard to get to talk to anyone from Australia, you just get some call center in India. If that is not bad enough, I had parts missing and will probably have to fabricate my own considering the company doesn't even get back to your emails. Wouldn't recommend this for anyone.”

“Well its looks good, however its was not easy to put together, some of the parts were not the right length and many (a lot) of the drilled holes did not line up or match. My brother that has building experience had to do a work around to make it work. There are many gaps that we had to fill, not easy to follow the instructions either. With the recent it leaks.
Pretty disappointed to be honest especially for the price we paid for it. I did contact your team but it was too late to send new parts etc as we had already constructed it the best we could.”

“Whilst the chicken coop is gorgeous, beautiful when built, it has cost me more to have it assembled than the cost of the coop itself.
The deluxe chicken coop, as stated by the installer, is the most complicated to construct. I, unfortunately, regret my purchase.”
