“My first order was dropped and damaged by courier then the second order was lost by the same courier and now a third reissue order has not arrived.
So 3 stars is way too good even though OGC gave me a refund I feel after the 2 months of waiting for my order to arrive and the mishandling and damaged goods by the courier company that I deserve these free garden beds as a goodwill gesture. Still haven’t received the 3rd reissued items. OGC asked me to review and when I looked at the star ratings they will only post reviews for 3 stars and more, they don’t want any star ratings at 1 and 2 stars.”

“Never received my order as the courier company ( COPE SENSITIVE FREIGHT) dropped and damaged my first order so OGC reissued a second lot and ( COPE SENSITIVE FREIGHT) have lost this order !!!!!!! And now another lot has been reissued and I haven’t received that.
OGC were not at all transparent in the beginning . It’s been a painful experience ordering from OGC and I can do without the stress.
They did refund, however the 3rd lot of items being sent are a goodwill gesture which I appreciate however I feel after all the mishaps and mishandling of my items I deserve to get these free raised garden beds, have not received them either. It’s too close to Xmas for me to have this added stress of not knowing if I will get the reissued items.”
