“I received several packets of your jerky as part of a birthday hamper recently.
I know taste and texture is a very personal thing, but unfortunately I'd have to say that after eating all three varieties received, the worst was the Honey Soy Drizzle and the best of a bad lot was the Bourbon BBQ.
I hate to be critical but if you have sampled a lot of jerky's and are looking to purchase a quality jerky, you may be disappointed.
In my opinion they lack flavor, and in the words on the packet, are "Tough & Dry".

“I got my Bourbon BBQ jerky and there seemed to be somthing wrong with it. Had a rancid smell and flavor. Beef Chief was great to deal with as far as interactions etc. and their support was excellent.”
