“In the past my experience with jerky has always bad. The meat has be incredibly tough & chewy, but this jerky is different. Initially it is harder than your average jerky, but once you chew a couple of times the meat becomes really tender. I don't know if they're using better cuts of meat or if they're drying it differently, but whatever they're doing, they need to keep it up!”
