Oh so simple (seriously, check the ingredients list: THIS is what jerky should look like!) but perfect flavours of pepper, wonderful dry texture that softens as you chew and only made better by the charcoal which adds a textural element that has to be tasted to be described. Has a surprising black pepper heat that lingers on the tongue and leaves you wanting more. Love it. Hands down my favourite jerky ever.”
