“Chilli BBQ tastes like soap, chargrilled chilli bbq is soapy aswell. gunpowder is too salty I reckon and takes over the meat. Reaper is good. Cracked pepper ok. Smokey bbq best. There ok I think the flavours need tweaking, the spices are to bring the flavour out of the meat but some tastes as though it's just heat and that's it. They're not exactly more-ish. Dryer is better with subtle flavours and heat to accompany a beer.”
