“The installation of the Oscillot system at our property one year ago has provided us with significant peace of mind knowing that our cats will remain within the boundary of our property and that unwanted visitors are deterred. I have witnessed a cat make an unsuccessful attempt to cross from a neighbouring fenceline. The overall customer experience with Cat Containment Systems was excellent. Helpful advice, prompt attendance and a quality installation that integrated well with the existing fence and building structures. No complaints from the neighbours either! Highly recommended.”
“We use it at our Gold Coast Rehoming Centre to keep a wide range of cats happy and safe while they wait for their new homes. We had to install it on a wire fence so people could see in to the outdoor enclosure to admire the lovely cats and find their new best friend. This was a huge test for the product as these cats are not at home in a familiar environment, and so some want to climb out - and can easily scale the wire! However Bec and .... (forgotten your husbands name, Bec - sorry - please add here) are very dedicated to cats and their owners, and travelled up to our Centre to solve the problem by adding some clear polycarbonate on the top of the wire and the Oscillot rollers were attached to that. After experiencing their skilful and caring service first hand, I am confident that they will be able to advise you on how to install Oscillot, so that you too can keep your cat(s) happy in their own yard with space to play and explore safely. It is such a neat product. It blends in with both the fence and surroundings. So its perfect for small unit gardens or whole or part of suburban house blocks - and if you are a bit of a handyman (or woman) you can install it yourself. The cost is soon recouped by saving in vet bills from injuries to your cat(s), or on pound fees, and also reduces your stress wondering where your cat is. Any locals who dont want your cat in their yards will love you too. One of the saddest thing for AWLQ and other pound and shelter staff and volunteers is to see stray cats at the pound, especially when their owners dont come looking for them, as research shows they think their cats are just out exploring and will eventually come home. Every cat who can be prevented from wandering means one fewer killed on roads, by dogs, and in pounds, where on average nationally less than 10% are reclaimed and 60-70% are destroyed. We know that more and more people are recognising they can and should keep their cat(s) safe with appropriate fencing, just like dogs. AWLQ commends Oscillot for helping to make this possible”
