“This is a review with a difference. During the summer I have acquired an Ileostomy which has meant that I have had to take stock of my wardrobe to accommodate the changes. I have found that the Craghoppers Mens NosiLife Cargo Shorts III in a size larger than usual has proved to be practical but not to be the ideal solution. A more relaxed cut would be needed for that. The waistband is just about high enough and the fit is just about loose enough to accommodate the extra volume required. The flexibility of the fabric belt is a useful feature for someone with an ostomy.”
