“This is a round I reload for but use the commercial ammo for my concealed carry gun. It has enough velocity out of my snub nose revolver to assure that the soft nosed bullet will expand upon hitting someone. I found out that the .357 Magnum H.P. has a significantly lower muzzle velocity out of a snub nosed revolver; not enough to assure expansion when hitting a person. This round makes a lot of noise when shot from my snub nose revolver; enough to have other shooters at the range come over and ask what I am shooting.
I also like the fact that each of my 327 Revolvers hold one more round then their .357 Magnum versions do; 6 rounds in my snub nose revolver and seven rounds in my 4" SP101.”
